Most communities have multiple systems that review child deaths. The two most common systems are child death review (CDR) and reviews internal to child welfare agencies. Grounded in multidisciplinary collaboration, this webinar reviewed the key components of effective fatality reviews and identified strategies for fostering open communication within and between CDR and child welfare processes.
